My growth from Design Assistant to Design Director of Ralph Lauren soft accessories at Echo Design was foundational to the course of my career. Throughout this time I spearheaded the women's business and significantly expanded the men's business, creating extensive collections of printed neckwear, knitted and woven accessories, and leather gloves. After my tenure, I was invited back to create an original design for a beach pareo, underscoring my ongoing contribution to the brand.
